Why not turf rolls?
Turf gives you a green surface on the day it is laid. You pay for grass grown on a farm, cut, trucked and laid by hand, and then you water heavily for weeks while it roots in a soil it did not grow in. Seams show. On slopes and in heat it dries at the edges.
A hydroseeded lawn takes a few weeks to fill in. In return it costs less, has no seams, and the grass roots deep in your soil from the start.

Which grass?
That depends on your city, sun, shade, water and how the lawn is used. Bermuda for sun and traffic, Zoysia or Korean for a fine look, Paspalum where water is salty, and shade mixes under trees. We pick the seed after a soil sample and a look at the site.

How long before I can walk on it?
Once the grass is established and has been mowed, which depends on grass type and season. We tell you what to expect for your mix.
Can you do a small home lawn?
Yes. For very small patches far from our base we will tell you honestly if turf makes more sense.
Do you do irrigation?
We advise on it and work with your irrigation contractor. Sprinklers go in before spraying.
Can you fix a patchy existing lawn?
Often, yes. Overseeding by hydroseeding fills thin areas. We assess it on site.
