Urban Green is a hydroseeding company based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. For anything about your data, write to akash@suryavanshi.io.

When you send the enquiry form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, what the job is for, city, approximate area, and any message you add.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: what you send us, including photos of your land.

When you browse the site: Google Analytics uses cookies to record which pages are visited, the type of device and an approximate location. It does not give us your name or phone number.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and plan and follow up on a job. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send marketing messages without asking you first.

We use analytics only to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers form enquiries to our inbox by email. Google provides the analytics. If you choose WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

If an enquiry does not go ahead, we delete its details within 12 months. For jobs we carry out, we keep the details needed for invoices and accounts for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. We will delete everything we are not required by law to keep.

You can ask to see, correct, complete or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using them. You can also raise a complaint about how we handled your data. Email akash@suryavanshi.io. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we aim to reply within 30 days.

If you withdraw consent or ask for deletion while an enquiry is open, we may not be able to continue with it. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
